Refund policy

Payments successfully processed for a mynextchapter.in subscription are non-refundable.

mynextchapter.in Learning + Board Preparation is a ₹799/month recurring digital subscription. Access to the published content is granted as soon as a payment is verified, so a billing month that has started has been delivered.

We do not refund for

• Changing your mind after paying
• Not using the subscription during a paid month
• Using only part of what is available
• Cancelling during a month you have already paid for
• Days remaining in a paid period after you cancel
• Not getting to content that was available to you

There are no prorated refunds. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not return part of a month you have already paid for.

The exceptions

We will always return money where the law requires it, and where a charge was a genuine mistake: a duplicate charge for the same billing month, or a charge taken after a cancellation for a period that had not begun. Write to us with the payment reference from your receipt and we will check it and tell you what we find.

Refunds we agree to are returned through the payment provider to the method you paid with.
