Cancellation policy

How to cancel

Open your account, go to Subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. The cancellation is recorded on our servers and with the payment provider, so the monthly mandate stops. Hiding a button would not stop a payment; cancelling actually does. You can also write to support@mynextchapter.com and we will cancel it for you.

What happens after you cancel

• No further renewal is charged. You are not billed ₹799/month again.
• The payment for the month you are in is not refunded.
• Your paid access continues until the end of that already-paid billing period.
• After that period ends, paid access stops unless you start the subscription again.
• Your account and your learning progress are not deleted. If you subscribe again later, your work is still there.

Cancelling is about billing, not about your account. Nothing you have studied is removed because you stopped paying.
